TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Final product will be sent out as PNG, and PSD file (commercial only)
2. All price are USD and payed through PayPal
3. Payments should be fulfilled before the sketch
4. You will be charged per character
5. maximum additional character are 3
6. Commercial commissions will have 2x price from base price
7. Usually it's took 1 to 2 weeks to finish depend on the difficulty
8. 3x major revision, and free minor revision
9. Changes are not available after the final result is approved
10. Complex character may charge more price
11. I'm able to cancel or decline request that i find disturbing to work withREFUND POLICY
1. If something unexpected happens and I can't start or finish your piece, you will get a full refund.
2. Changed your mind before I even start the rough sketch? No worries, you'll get all your money back.
3. If I've already started working on the sketch or sent it to you for review, I can only refund 50%. This just covers the time and effort I've already put in.
4. Once we move past the sketch phase (like doing the lineart, base colors, rendering, or if the piece is finished), I can no longer offer a refund.ARTIST AND CLIENTS RIGHT
1. I retain the full copyright to all the artwork I create.
2. I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my social media or portfolio to promote my work. (If you need it to be kept private, just let me know beforehand!)
3. You are not allowed to use my artwork to train AI models or mint it as an NFT without my written permission and an extra fee.
4. ou get the right to use the artwork for personal stuff! Feel free to use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, or print it out for your own room.
5. You are totally free to post the artwork on your social media, as long as you tag or credit me as the artist.
6. You will receive the high-resolution final files in the format we agreed upon from the start.
7. The rights listed above are strictly for non-commercial use only. If you plan to use the artwork for a business logo, merchandise you want to sell, or anything else that generates money, please let me know! We will need a different agreement and an additional commercial fee.

WILL DO: OC Fanart, Character Game (Blue Archive, etc), Character Anime, Kemonomimi, Ecchi / Soft NSFW

WON'T DO: Hard NSFW, Mecha, Furries, Gore, Weird or hyper anatomy & Impossible Pose

- Rendering and finalizing.
- Review for possible revision
- Files will be sent out as PNG via Google Drive or E-mail.
